Leah Commisso

As Director, Corporate Communications, Leah Commisso is responsible for the strategic internal and external communications strategies designed to build employee engagement and to protect and enhance the reputation of the Gluskin Sheff brand.

Leah has more than a decade of experience in strategic corporate communications, with extensive knowledge of the Canadian media landscape, reputation and crisis management and executive thought leadership development and execution.

Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff, Leah was Director, Organizational Change, Corporate Communications, for RBC where she led enterprise-wide, change-management programs and communications for RBC’s more than 85,000 employees.

Her previous experience also includes an extensive tenure with RBC’s Global Asset Management where she led a team of global communicators on the planning and execution of the external and internal communications program. She was also a senior consultant on issues management efforts for all matters concerning the brand and reputational risk at a global level.
