The GS+A Growth Portfolio's objective is to achieve capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of undervalued growth-oriented companies. This portfolio is comprised of companies with a sustained competitive advantage, evidence of strategic execution over the entire course of the business cycle, and proven management ability.

GS+A Value (Canada) Segregated Portfolio
The GS+A Value Portfolio's objective is to achieve positive returns through investment in well-managed Canadian issuers that are generally under-followed, have strong track records, solid management, and attractive valuations on either a cash flow or net asset value basis.

GS+A U.S. Equity Segregated Portfolio
The GS+A U.S. Equity Portfolio's objective is to achieve long-term capital gains through investing in a diversified portfolio of undervalued growth and value companies, trading on recognized U.S. exchanges.

GS+A Top 15 Segregated Portfolio
The GS+A Top 15 Portfolio's objective is to achieve strong positive absolute returns through investment in a concentrated portfolio of approximately 15 securities, each of which is already held in at least one of our other portfolio models. Due to the concentrated nature of this portfolio, greater short-term volatility, as compared with our other equity portfolio models, is to be expected. Correspondingly, the return objectives are higher.

The GS+A RRSP Portfolio's objective is to achieve positive absolute returns with moderate income through investments in a diversified portfolio of income, value and growth-oriented equities listed on Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges.

The GS+A Premium Income Portfolio's objectives are to provide steady income distributions together with an opportunity for capital appreciation through a diversified portfolio of stable, income-producing investments across a broad range of industries. The portfolio may include higher dividend-paying common stocks, income and royalty trusts, REITs, preferred shares and various debt securities.
