1. I am a Gluskin Sheff wealth management client. Do I need to pay for a subscription to Breakfast with Dave?

No. All Gluskin Sheff wealth management clients are entitled to a complimentary subscription to Breakfast with Dave. Please contact your primary Gluskin Sheff client service representative or email us at research@gluskinsheff.com to request your complimentary subscription.

2. I am interested in becoming a Gluskin Sheff wealth management client. Who should I contact?

Gluskin Sheff manages investment portfolios of $3 million and above. For more information about becoming a Gluskin Sheff wealth management client, please contact any member of our Risk Management & Client Service team. Contact information can be found here. Subscribers who become Gluskin Sheff wealth management clients will receive Breakfast with Dave free of charge.

3. How can I access past issues of Breakfast with Dave?

All past issues can be viewed by logging in to our new Gluskin Sheff Research portal.

4. I would like to share Breakfast with Dave with my colleagues and friends. What do I do?

Sharing of our research is strictly prohibited. Your colleagues and friends may purchase their own subscriptions to Breakfast with Dave at the Gluskin Sheff Research website.

5. Do you offer discounted subscription rates for groups or corporate subscribers?

Please contact us at research@gluskinsheff.com to enquire about group subscriptions.

6. When does my subscription expire?

Your subscription to Breakfast with Dave is valid for one year. Note that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged for an additional year on or around your expiry date unless you notify us (by emailing research@gluskinsheff.com) that you do not wish to renew your subscription at least 15 days before your expiry date. We will send you a reminder email before your expiry date.

7. I want to stop receiving Breakfast with Dave now. How can I cancel my subscription? Can I get a refund for the subscription price?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at research@gluskinsheff.com. Note that unsubscribing from email alerts will not cancel your Gluskin Sheff Research subscription. All subscription purchases are non-refundable.

8. I am concerned about privacy. How will my personal information be used?

At Gluskin Sheff, we are, and always have been, committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties, except as required by law or where necessary to manage your account and deliver Breakfast with Dave to you.

9. How can I change the email address that Breakfast with Dave reports are sent to?

To update your email address or any other personal information, please sign in to the Gluskin Sheff Research Portal and go to My User Profile under My Account.

10. I forgot my username and password. What do I do?

You can reset your password by going to the Gluskin Sheff Research Portal and selecting Reset My Password on the right side of the screen.

11. Can I read Breakfast with Dave on my iPhone, iPad, PlayBook or Android device?

Yes. You can access Breakfast with Dave on these devices by downloading our Gluskin Sheff Research apps by clicking on the icons on our Research page.

12. What do I do if emails from Gluskin Sheff Research are missing or end up in my spam email folder?

Please add gluskinsheff@support.newspaperdirect.com to your email program's approved senders list.
